The HSPTA covers both the infant and junior schools. The committee and subsequent sub-committees organise a whole range of events, some intended to be just social, both for children and parents (e.g. Easter Egg hunts and quiz nights) and some with the added intention of fund-raising (e.g. the Christmas fayre). The wealth of expertise and resourcefulness in the parent body, combined with their willingness to give time and effort, ensures a comprehensive and fun-filled series of events throughout the academic year. The school also gains tremendous benefit from the extra monies raised.
