Whilst we will endeavour to reply to you as quickly as possible, we will respond within 5 school days.  If your concern or communication is urgent please telephone rather than email, especially if there is a change to collection arrangements for the same day and it is past 12 noon.

Absence Procedure

We understand that children will be unwell sometimes. If your child is not well enough to come to school, please complete the google form below before 8.45am or email us at adminoffice@hiltingbury-jun.hants.sch.uk before 9.00am.

Requests for holiday leave in term time cannot be authorised. Please use the application form below to request an absence due to exceptional circumstances. We keep you informed of your child’s attendance on a termly basis and work with families in times of difficulty to continue to promote good attendance.
