Our week started well with a trip to Sea City museum to explore Titanic. The children were captivated by the story behind the people on the vessel. Back at school, we have used this as a hook into our new writing journey which will lead to a final outcome to write a persuasive advert encouraging one to embark upon this pinnacle of a boat.   

Music has been a major (scale) part of the week. Each class had an opportunity to perform Peter and the wolf melody and then compose their own leitmotif for a film clip from Harry Potter. 

The hard work has begun  to up and coming 'broadway' production.  We were delighted to inform the children of the parts and to start our preparations for performances.
