What an unusual first week back! 

First we start with a dress up Halloween day, then we have closure day for the storm, and now we're here at the weekend! Despite all this year 5 have still had a super busy week.

We started our new English unit about Pandora and described what we could see, hear and smell as the first astronaut there. We then finished the week with DT day, where we designed and started to make money bags using Mayan patterns for inspiration. 

Next week we will be back into the full swing of things and starting more new learning linked to our new topic.
