Year 6 has been a great week!

In Maths we have been learning and revising about square numbers,cube numbers and prime numbers. We also have done another arithmetic paper this week and some reasoning questions. Each class are revising topics at different times.

In English, we have been learning about Greek mythology and have begun planning our own one. We have also been doing some revising on sentence types and different clauses. In addition, we have been learning  about the history of Greece and the Ancient Greeks.

This week we have been lucky enough to take part in bikeability. The instructors  have been amazing and have taught us so much about how to be safe on the road! We have been learning how to signal, use signs, doing different types of U turns including:stop check U turn and a flowing U turn and of course keep safe. Furthermore, we have been taught about the ABCD check (air, brakes, chain  and direction check).
