Dear Parents and Carers

We were so thoroughly proud of our children on Wednesday when the Year 2's joined us for the morning to share our school community values. We used the book 'The Barnabus Project' to have a greater understanding of resilience, equality, respectfulness, kindness and honesty. All the children were so welcoming, supportive and caring towards the Infant children it was a delight to see and the Teaching assistants from the Infant school praised them all.

In DT, we have started making our Roman chariots and all pupils enjoyed measuring and sawing their spar wood and dowel. The assembly of the chassis so far has been very successful and the children next week will be finalising their designs. 

In maths, we are starting Time next week, so please keep practising, we appreciate all your help with this.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday after school for our Open evening.
