Year 3 Weekly Highlights 15.9.23
We can't believe how quickly we have reached the end of our second week!
It has been another busy week with the extra excitement and pleasure of hearing so many pupil voice speeches. A very big well done to all candidates, we all enjoyed listening to your brilliant ideas.
This week, as geographers, we have been out in our school grounds creating maps of our outdoor space using a key and compass bearings. In Science, we have been planning our first experiment and Mrs Thomas joined us in our classes for our first library session of the year!
In Maths, we have been reading and creating our own number lines, discussing the intervals and counting patterns. While in English, we have been using conjunctions to join two simple sentences to make a compound sentence.
We hope you safely received your Google Classroom logins, from now on the weekly spelling words will be shared on the platform under the classwork tab.
We hope you all have a restful weekend.
