Arbor booking system

As we shared at the end of term, the wraparound care clubs will now be administered by the School they are held in (Hiltingbury Infant or Hiltingbury Junior) and you will be able to access the booking and payment system via the Arbor app for the School your child attends. All existing balances have been transferred to the wraparound care account in Arbor for your child.  Childcare vouchers have continued to be received in the normal way throughout the summer break and these will be added to Arbor accounts on a weekly basis.  The childcare voucher credits received over the summer will be completed and credited today.  Please ensure that if you are paying by voucher for the Infant School club that it is updated to their registration number.

The new club booking system via Arbor will give access for:

● Parents and Carers to book required sessions using the app, paying at the time of booking. Only paid bookings will register your child for the club

● Sessions can be booked online up until 8am on the day for Toast and Crackers AM session

● Sessions to be booked online up until 2pm each day for Toast and Crackers PM session

● A credit balance can be held on your account including from childcare / HMRC vouchers

● Booking sessions will be available in 4 time slots:

○ £3.50 - 8am to 8.40am

○ £5 - 3.20pm to 4.30pm

○ £10 - 3.20pm to 5.30pm

○ £12.50 - 3.20pm to 6pm

● If your child attends an after school activity / sports club and joins at 4.20pm the charges will be as follows:

○ £5 - 4.20pm to 5.30pm

○ £7.50 - 4.20pm to 6pm

Cancellation of club sessions

The club provision remains as flexible as possible and the cancellation of sessions can still be made by contacting the school office via toastandcrackers@hiltingburyjuniorschool.co.uk or by calling 02380 261808:

● Cancellations can be made before 8am on the day of the booking for Toast and Crackers AM session and the charge will be credited back to your account

● Cancellations can be made before 12pm on the day of the booking for Toast and Crackers PM session and the charge will be credited back to your account (this cut off time helps us with staffing and food / activity preparation)

● We will still credit your account if your child is sent home unwell after 12pm however, we still ask you to cancel the session
