Extra Curricular Clubs - Spring Term 2025

We are currently working on our club provision for the Spring 2025 Term and will be going out shortly with details of the clubs and how to book.

Autumn 2024 Clubs are running until w/c 2nd December for outside clubs and w/c 9 December for clubs held inside.

**Please note that if your child has been attending a club in one Term that continues to run in the following term, this DOES NOT automatically allocate them a place for the next term and you must re-register and pay for them to continue to attend.

Free School Meal Pupils:
If your child is entitled to free school meals, when booking their space in Arbor, please be sure to select the membership option ‘Free School Meal Place’. For further details of our Charging & Remissions Policy, please refer to our website.

Every effort will be made to ensure the Clubs held outside run. However, the school will take an informed decision to modify the session if the weather is poor, which may involve a move to an indoor classroom. You will be notified if a club is cancelled for any reason. 

Once you have paid for your space, please be aware that we are only able to consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, for example a medical reason.
